Desi Millet, CSW

I’m a Clinical Social Worker passionate about helping people navigate difficult times with greater confidence, self-compassion, and a stronger sense of self. Since graduating from my Master's program, my clinical experience has focused on providing therapy in an eating disorder residential treatment setting. I work with adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, body image concerns, OCD, ADHD, and substance use or addiction. My experience in eating disorder treatment has given me a passion for helping clients develop a healthier relationship with food, their bodies, and themselves.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. I draw from modalities including EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT, and ERP. Together, we can work to better understand patterns keeping you stuck, build practical coping skills, process difficult experiences, and move toward a life that feels meaningful and aligned with your values.

Beginning therapy can feel daunting! My goal is to create a space where you feel understood and supported while also feeling empowered to recognize your strengths and make meaningful changes. I’m excited to connect with new clients through teletherapy and look forward to seeing if I may be a good fit for you!
